1. Please fill out the inquiry/request form. You can also click on 'Contact' to send me your reservation request.
   with your questions.I will respond to your inquiry promptly.
2. After I confirmed the availability of your requested dates, please send out the security deposit ( personal checks, money-order, Western Union, US $ travelers checks, certified bank-checks).
3. For reservation less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, or if you live outside the United States, you will be able to pay the security deposit by credit-card.(Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).
   I will explain to you how to pay by credit-card on my website via "PayPal".
4. I will confirm your reservation immediately after receipt of the deposit.
5. Your confirmation also includes information about Ventura CountryClub, detailed driving directions from the Orlando Airport and all major car rental companies to your vacation home.
   (or any other location you might be arriving at).
6. Pack your suitcase and prepare yourself for a fantastic vacation.
7. The total cost of rental is due when you arrive in Orlando.(cash, certified bank-checks,
   US-$-travelers checks or money-order.
   No personal checks or credit-cards are accepted to pay the rent !
8. All payments are payable to the owner " Jan Dorwarth "
9. You will receive the keys and the visitor pass/ID for the length of your stay.

Terms

The minimum stay is 7 days.
The rent per week/7days is US-$499.00, except Easter, Christmas and New Years (579.00/week).
Florida Tax of 12.5% is not included and will be added.(no other fees, no cleaning fees, all incl.)
Monthly rentals are also available upon request.( Jan/Feb/March Snowbird Specials).

Arrivals : Saturdays after 4pm, departures Saturdays by 11 am.(Eastern/Florida Time).
For special requests or other arrival days, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Security deposit : US-$ 150.00(1-2 week rental) and $ 300.00(3-4 week rental).
European guests: EUR- € 150.00(1-2 week rental) and € 300.00(3-4 week rental).

Visitors from Europe can transfer the security deposit into my German bank account.
Visitors from other countries will be able to pay the security deposit by credit-card via PayPal.
(I will provide you with the details how to pay by credit-card).
After your departure- assuming that you left the vacation condo in good condition,the entire security
deposit will be refunded promptly. Over the last 10 years, I have refunded 100% of all security deposits.
In case you should cancel less than 45 days before your scheduled arrival, the security deposit will not be refunded.
If I'm able to rent out the vacation condo for the same time period and rental price, I will gladly refund your security deposit.
